I am curious what this means?!?!?!?!? :happydance:

Alstann 01-16-2014 12:56 PM

My (hopeful) guess is an entire upper and lower intake manifold replacement, with stock fuel rail compatibility. :D

critical 01-16-2014 01:46 PM

any 7at shift knob designs?

AzSpeng 01-16-2014 01:51 PM

haha thats very possible Alstann!

AzSpeng 01-16-2014 11:03 PM

Not a 370z part clearly. but in about an hour the video will be ready to be viewed.

Our rails fit up pretty much like stock... the only place that is close is where the bump out for the damper on our rails gets SUPER close to the manifold flange, and it would be easy to run into it there if you werent considering it. You can see in the rail photos the close spot.

Video has been successfully uploaded. ENJOY!

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3LzrAORvHJgi use this all the time I general tweak it for faster back feeds and plan it out more efficiently than they did in the video. trick is to go bottom to top since you can take full DOC on the mils

AzSpeng 01-17-2014 12:24 AM

meh its ok...once you try volumill its hard to go back.

wheee! 01-17-2014 07:19 AM

You guys are producing some seriously good stuff! Hats off to you for innovation and enthusiasm! :tiphat:

AzSpeng 01-17-2014 09:18 AM

Thank you!!

If the coolant tank was around $100 cheaper id be all over it. Oil pan spacer is on point as far as pricing goes. I don't know if this helps, just an opinion. Like I always said, i'd be willing to pay some serious dough for the intake plenum and help do some dyno logs and information for you too.

AzSpeng 01-17-2014 06:01 PM

We are going to start a groupbuy for a pre order tonight that you can pre-order up to 30 total of them. Waterjet will be delivered next week so these should be wrapped up around feb 1st hopefully.

AzSpeng 01-17-2014 06:01 PM

Just to be clear we wont be charging your creditcard, only doing an authorization on the card. I know I have said this in the past but our policy is to never charge your card until the product is ready to ship out the door.

Can there be another thread specifically for this part/group buy just so all the information is consolidated to the OP for easy information gathering?

I'm interested, but the info is scattered throughout this thread. :icon17: (Through no fault of off topic-ness on my part of course  )

You're not really going by the American Standard of:

http://thechive.files.wordpress.com/....gif%3Fw%3D500

with that... :bowrofl:

AzSpeng 01-17-2014 06:09 PM

yep ill create a new thread here in a few and post the link here.

my business partner made his first million$ in the merchant services business. taking money before product is ready to ship is actually against merchant account holder policies and they can and will revoke your merchant account if they were to find out. customer money is not to be used to fund projects or products...the business has to have product in hand before shipping.

Thats the right way to do business and thats exactly how we do it here :)

Sign me up then! I still think it'd be super cool to have the first 30 engraved with a special number

alphajam 01-17-2014 06:29 PM

once these are anodized the toolmarks become less visible. Or i can have a batch of these wrinkle powdercoated (which i plan on doing)

Ron 01-17-2014 06:58 PM

I'll wait and see how the anodized ones look.

Should share this with some of the other vendors around here :p

AzSpeng 01-17-2014 09:10 PM

;) that all said we can still setup merchant accounts for folks...anyone who is a vendor or has a merchant account want me to quote you out? I'm pretty sure I can beat your current rates also!

Yes I second this??

AzSpeng 01-23-2014 12:02 PM

No updates on the shift knobs yet. we will start those after we are finished with the tanks and catch cans.

I have a design i like. once we get started, the shift knob and the paddles will be next in line.

For those of you that don't follow our facebook. Garnet (the sand used in cutting with the waterjet) was delivered yesterday, We talked to OMAX and they have scheduled the delivery for feb 3rd for our new waterjet!

The waterjet opens a ton of doors for us to make awesome product for you guys for not alot of $$$.

critical 01-23-2014 12:42 PM

oh you're making paddles too? i like the mag. paddles but wouldn't mind if they covered more length up and down the steering wheel.

like the paddles on this zonda r

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YPd0ATqvoJM

AzSpeng 01-23-2014 12:46 PM

our idea will be to make a paddle design that has replaceable paddles. we will sell it plain or in a kit of different types, ie material, weights, thickness, size/shape, etc...

EZT 01-24-2014 09:48 AM

Oh paddles too? I'm even more excited now.

AzSpeng 01-24-2014 09:50 AM

Just waiting on waterjet at this point!

AzSpeng 01-28-2014 07:57 AM
