Yea, when going in reverse I have to feather light and keep the RPMs low. But then there are situations were I'm on a slope, so I need to release it more while maintaining revs. That's when the car really judders, and I can hear this nasty whining noise from the clutch rubbing against the flywheel.

when its cold your idle is higher giving you less judder... but when you are warmed up the higher idle no longer helps you take off....
answer, give it more gas. |

No it's not a driving technique issue, its more of a clutch shaft lubrication problem. Mine did it constantly for months before I got rid of it, cold, warm, rain, shine, morning, night... all the time.

The shaft the clutch rides on is greased. If the grease dries up or it wasn't put on heavy enough, it'll cause clutch shudder.
