It will be cut to the OEM shape, and we'll make a custom frame to attach it. Pretty standard stuff. All the glass is being removed from the car, so no OEM glass will remain. You can run Lexan on the street, but it's not nearly as resistant to scratching and scuffing, so not all that practical, IMHO. For the front door, we'll run just a small piece of lexan at the front of the door, and the rest will remain open. A window net, and head restraint will be installed for the driver. At this point, I THINK we are going to keep the OEM steering column, and pedals/cylinders, but that may change. The small corner glass will be removed, and replaced with air ducts, which will cool the diff. It will be a lot more fun, with I can post pictures of the work and fabrication we'll be doing, instead of just typing about it. Thanks for being patient, and I am happy to answer any other questions you all have. ![]()
