So it's pouring rain and I have all the symptoms of Steering Lock Failure, Fob opens but won't start, However I Can't get to ACC and the wheel isn't locked.

So it's pouring rain and I have all the symptoms of Steering Lock Failure, Fob opens but won't start, However I Can't get to ACC and the wheel isn't locked. Fob in fobgina, near handbrake, nothing. Any ideas?
