FI TP install problem help

is there a leak between the TP flange and Header flange? that might cause that sensor to trip out..... other than that i cant see why the primary sensor would

is there a leak between the TP flange and Header flange? that might cause that sensor to trip out.....

other than that i cant see why the primary sensor would act up.
