I installed an NST set and found the quicker throttle response well worth it. Simple install and with just a lightweight exchange you don't need a belt change, but underdrive is more responsive IMHO.

The NST comes with the underdrive right? The one you place at the crank?
Do I really need to put in the alternator pulley as well?
So no need to replace the OEM belt? Thanks

The NST is an underdrive, so even if you don't replace the alternator pulley, you neen to replace the belt. It is better to change to alternator pulley too, just incase you dicide to put some amps in your car later on. Your alternator will not turn as fast otherwise and not supply sufficient current to keep your headlights from flickering to the beat of your sub-bass. It's not that big a deal to change it. I didn't pull the radiator or anything up front.
There is a little DIY in my journal near the beginning when I installed it.
