I would love to but there seems to be a problem with inspections here in Mass that are able to detect Uprev tuned cars even if they dont have stuff/mods that would fail on them

could you please elaborate on this? Are you talking about emissions inspections? And if yes, what does an uprev tune have to do with emissions?
