P.S. The best thing to do would be to take it to the dealer and not say a word about the hypertech. Then they should be able to tell you if the ecu is bricked. If the ecu is NOT bricked then I would be willing to bet that it is the steering lock. |
problem is, the dealer can tell if the ecu has been tampered with. so even if he says nothing about the hypertech they will still know that it has been f'ed with. hopefully the ecu can be saved by someone, poor guy is just a victim of an honest mistake.
