Thanx man , Was looking for some feed back on it, How much better than stock is it. My 60FT times Sux,, Hit the gas and I go no where FAST.. LOL Takes a while for the RPM's to ramp up from a dig, Rolling out is better but still could be better, Why GTM over Level 10? GTM's cost like $1600(1,000 core fee) the Level 10 is like $550 and no core charge? Just curious on why you went GTM's?

Also what where your ET's and 60FT's on the stocker, Just trying to get an idea on how much it will change the acceleration of the car. Thanx man

stock 60 ft 2.023 stock !/4 mile 13.2003.
i picked up 4ths with his converter. but i have 4.08 gears and DRAG RADIALS. This is the most important part as i still launch at the same rpm 1700. But the converter hooks up way aharder and you can feel the increase in power when it shifts. With out the 305 35 18 drag radials all you will do is spin your tires. Once it hooked at 2500 rpm. wild ride.
You will have to send him your converter and safe the core charge as the only way to get one is to buy a new tranney from nissan. Or find one from a damaged car.
My best 60 ft is 1.823 seconds the 1/8 mile in 8.01 @ 88.9 mphj. (all motor with bolt ons).
MY built stage 4 tansmsion is finished at now at GTM and we are just waiting for the finnal build of the VB.
I also have a steet race converter from another supplyier with 3400 stall in it, I will run it with the GTM built tranney. Hoping for 12.19 pass with this set up . current is 12.42 @ 114.7.
i also have the gtm stage 2 SC with meth and it will go on the car after i run the built tranney all motor down the track hoping to beat J nauts time of 12.29.

He man, Thanx for all the info, Was exactly what I was looking for, I think I will be doing this soon to mine, As my 2.1+ 60Ft times are. :/.. Thanx so much for the break down.

BTW for all motor you car is STUPID FAST..

Interesting thread. I've been researching for a year, on this forum everyday, and now I learn something new. Will an upgraded converter make any difference on a stock car? Or is it only needed or helpful on cars with increased hp from bolt ons?

call Sam at GTM for the answer to that one.
My car is all motor with bolt ons.
With better tires im sure that it would launch faster on a toally stock set up.
