JUN exhaust cam shaft finally arrived

Sick....

This motor has a completely built bottom end though to include pistons rods etc. your build is just a complete head build correct?

What's the status on the build? It's been a month or so since you last posted and said the head is two weeks away.

When do you think all this is gonna be done?

Gtm is really backed logged with work but Sam this morning said they will be finished in production by the end of the week so they will be shipping everything by the end of the week. I just bought the upgraded torque converter and hd flex plate. They said the valves took forever to make and they didn't think it was going to take this long but the wait is going to be worth it. U get the headers on? How r they?

I can only hazard a guess that Jun's numbers on their page are falsified, lol

And by the time the member from Guam gets his engine back, his numbers won't be worth a damn since his engine is getting an upgrade too

Because the OP went totally different route and went with Stage 2 SC and Stage 4 AT transmission. he is much happier now.. And take a guess.. he is looking to upgrade to stage 3 SC soon..

I still don't understand why so many people are all over these guys' backs. It's not like they're a company trying to sell you a product. They don't have to prove anything, they don't owe anyone anything. They're just a couple guys who decided to mod their cars and wanted to share their plans with the community.

Zuperman decided that they were not going to be worth the cost and decided to go another route, which is going to make his car leaps and bounds more enjoyable than just the cams would have.

Navyboy is taking the time to do things right. If you're doing cams, you should do a valve train upgrade, and if you paying to do all that you might as well go all out and get the head work done too. Even when that's done, he's stated several times that he does not have a dyno in Guam, so there still won't be dyno numbers apart from the ones Jun has posted on their website.

If you're not happy with what these guys are doing, then pony up the dough and get the answers yourself. I would, unfortunately I don't have that kind of disposable income at this point in my life, but I'm not going to come here and talk smack about the guys that are spending their money to try something no one else seems to have the cash/balls to do themselves.

I'm going to look into how hard the install is... 20+hours as many have quoted it a little... Moronic for the gains it supposedly provides...
But at the same time... When you're maxed out, you have no choice

CTD-Germany is working on a car with them installed, but they have quite a bit of extra work done too.

It a lot more complex then just dropping the cams in. Don't be fooled from anyone telling you it's an easy swap.
