If I run there whole package will it be harder to install the parts? And will it be hard to replace the vvel actutator? Does it matter if the cars ecu is US European Japan or gcc spec?

Jun develops their own springs but they don't have listed for the vq37 so either springs are included with the cams or they retain stock springs.
