I have a 2012 base coupe. Exact same set of problems. Inside fuse box has 2 columns of fuses was it 10 amp? Do you know how the culprit was

I have a 2012 base coupe. Exact same set of problems. Inside fuse box has 2 columns of fuses was it 10 amp? Do you know how the culprit was labeled on fusebox chart?They aren't numbered (#10). I can't locate it but has to be the problem. Really don't want to face the dealer (was trying to reprogram TPMS via YouTube (youstupe?).
