this is my 6th sports car that i tracked. as far as i can remember, this is the worst by far, this includes my 350 which i assume have the same setup?
i used amsoil 75w90. 1.5 qtr came out, nearly 2 quarts went in. the job is much easier to do than the tranny. i plan to do it every other oil change at this point i dont expect the car to drive any differfent, i just want to protect the diff. i did change the tranny fluid, that made a huge difference in the shifting as it took away 90% of the notch i only have 13k miles, but it does have a good amount of track days and autox on it, but i dont abuse it when i daily drive it. i was very concerned that the build up were hard metal pieces and not sludge |
