Nvm I jumped to conclusions. It was hesitating hardcore under throttle which made me think plugs which I thought was strange based on the cars mileage. However it recently stopped and hasn't done it for a day or so which means it's something else. I'm thinking coil pack?

try the maf sensor and check your air filters. If not maybe a bad batch of fuel? Is your z a dd?
