What's the difference between just putting a stillen catback exhaust on, and a full exhaust system..? I know the exhaust system is more expensive and there are more pieces, but

Catback Exhaust vs. Exhaust System
What's the difference between just putting a stillen catback exhaust on, and a full exhaust system..? I know the exhaust system is more expensive and there are more pieces, but what are those pieces specifically and how does it affect your BHP gains etc..
