Before/after dyno chart database

I'd like to see if we can consolidate into one spot all the before/after dyno charts for various mods done on our cars.

Anyone that has seen a dyno on the forums or elsewhere is encouraged to add it to this thread.

To make the information easier to interpret, please post an image of the chart (or a direct link to the file if in pdf or other form) here along with as much relevant information as possible about the runs:
1. Mod(s) changed between runs
2. Other mods on car that were not changed between runs
3. Was ECU tuned before and/or after mods?
4. Which gear was dyno performed in?
5. Link to original source(specific thread/post/mfg. website) for the chart
