what can kill the cruise control?

Hmmm...when are you using your CC??? I only use it while cruising on an open freeway. Not sure why anyone would be pressing the clutch to kill it, when tapping

I only use it while cruising on an open freeway. Not sure why anyone would be pressing the clutch to kill it, when tapping the brakes makes more sense, or simply turning CC off. If you're car is misfiring that's a separate issue you should look in to.
