Ahhh really? So it is detecting which gate you have entered to match revs? So if, for example, I did a 1-to-3 shift, it will match the revs for that?

If so, that is awesome and totally eliminates my concern

Should be no concern. The system has been out since 2009 with no real problems. Plus if your getting SRM that means your getting the Sport package and we all know the sport package is the best option to get on the Z.

Yes it detects the gate before actually shifting into gear.

If you push the clutch in at speed. Then bump the different gates (without entering the gate) you will see the rpms try to adjust.
