The regional Nissan warranty rep told me he was betting on 29.1:tup:

Recent update in ECU section!! Excact numbers are coming!!

LiquidZ 04-21-2009 09:52 AM

The gains from tuning look to be substantial. That's pretty sweet!

DannyGT 04-21-2009 12:44 PM

I'd say 15-20whp and wtq throughout most of the band. Very nice!

RCZ 04-21-2009 12:47 PM

50whp? How much, paypal ready.

well since we're going exact...19.3hp

DannyGT 04-21-2009 12:54 PM

My guess is the black lines are after he did the supporting mods (similar to yours, semtex, mine etc etc) and the red line was the technosquare tune off those mods...

Looks like originally he was 260-265ish and then with mods (?) hit 300ish then with chip = 315ish ?

Either way i'd like to see the AF ratios then I have my paypal/CC in hand to order :)

RCZ 04-21-2009 01:03 PM

Yup youre right

370z.com > Home

Gains from the tune were 11whp.

DannyGT 04-21-2009 01:24 PM

Kinda wierd...Looks like he made more than that especially in the mid-range. Wonder if they are calculating an average...

KillerBee370 04-21-2009 03:51 PM

Yes I too believe that the black line represents the base with Stillen HFC & CBE and then the red line represents the redlashed results (note the difference in recline from 7700 to 8000).

Even better news for you hp junkies running stock wheels/rubber, you can go ahead and add 5whp to that number. It's the price I pay for aftermarket beauty but one I am ok with. :p

370z4Steve 04-21-2009 03:59 PM

so how much for the ecu tune?

ssqpolo 04-21-2009 04:00 PM

ya. those gains are more reasonable. 11hp is nice. i just falsely hoped for some absurd numbers like what we get from intakes and HFCs and exhausts

For that, you will have to contact Technosquare. I do not know.

Yeah it's hard to know what to expect but at least this is finally a true tune and not just a piggyback.

Sounds like you had visions of Vishnu dancing around in your head... lol
