Under Hood Insulator

Does anyone not have insulator under the hood? I don't have one and thinking to get it soon. is it really helpful? seems the engine temperature cools down very fast

I don't have one and thinking to get it soon. is it really helpful? seems the engine temperature cools down very fast and takes a long time to heat it up. I believe it is because I don't have a insulator??? Someone help
