As per the manual, once it hits 280, you should stop driving like an **. Other than that, I think it is fine. I take my Z on country back roads, and drive lively. None the less, I constantly see the temps climb to 240-250 range, but it doesn't go above it. Needless to say, you should also be checking your oil consumption, as I have noticed that the Z loves to burn oil!
