Anyone running the AMS pulley?

I just did a search and came up with nothing. Just looking to get some feedback on the pulley.

Yeah, I haven't seen their 370z pulley, but their 350z stuff is top notch.

That's the reason why I'm interested in their pulley. It seems like AMS always makes well engineered parts. The reason why I was lookin for feedback is that I know it is a "lightweight pulley" and not a "underdriven pulley". Really curious to see if anyone can notice a difference with it. I pm'd Z1804 but haven't heard back from him yet.

The AMS is much lighter than the stock. It is a lightweight and not underdriven. I have other mods on my car, so the difference is not as noticeable until the top end. For the cost of the AMS pulley you might want to look at the NST Pulley Set. I think they're a few people on the forum with them. Daisuke149 has them and will be installing soon.

From Z1804:

Quote:
I had it installed at Z1 last weekend. I did not dyno my car after the install because the guys at Z1 said it would not really increase hp. However, they said that it would allow my car to rev much faster and should feel the difference on the top end.

I have some other mods (CB, Intake) so it's getting harder to notice the differences in things. I would say that the AMS Pulley is much larger than stock though.

I figured that's what he meant. Are you getting your car dyno'd after the pulley install?
