Z1 Motorsports 34-row oil cooler kit (any experiences?)

With street driving this is true as you can't be on the throttle that long, but when you start taking it to a track where you spend a lot of time in the high RPM's the oil temps will start to come up and you'll be very glad you have a good oil cooler. If you go often enough to become proficient at a given track then at the end of 30 minutes you'll be wishing you got the bigger one, LOL.

I feel like I may be regretting that based on your comment haha, that 220 drive was with Triple's on my bumper going uphill in 2nd gear mostly. Once I get Akebonos with some high temp fluid and pads, I really hope to make it to a track someday and hope oil temps won't become a problem!

You will be fine for quite a while. It takes quite a few track days to find the limit of what you have now.

Yeah, and even then, you might find that you can go 100% for the majority of the session, and then a tad less on the throttle for a small remainder of it and be fine.

For anyone that hasn't already gotten an oil cooler and plans on tracking, I think there is little reason not to go with the 34R cooler, as the price difference is pretty minimal.
