Oil Cooler: Does yours cause a whine? I have a fix!

Anybody here had the same issue with a Stillen oil cooler?

I have the Stillen 19 row but routed my lines carefully and used electrical cable insulation from large gauge wire around corners and anywhere it touched the vehicle so,... no. I have NO whine or noise from the oil cooler.

You can see the rubber casing/insulation in the bottom of this pic.

I feel SOOOOOO much better after reading this thread...I have also installed the 34-Row Z1 cooler and experience the whine...Sounds almost like the whine the old "Flex Fans" made on hot rods....then dies down as the rpm's drop. Not looking forward to rippin' the front end off since it's 112 now...so maybe another day
