Rough Start - Something Seems Wrong

The car has been in the shop this week though and the update is.......this will probably be the last Nissan vehicle I buy. I love my car, but they are trying to pend it on my aftermarket radio. I've got to completely pull it out of the car before they go any further in diagnosing her. This dealership is over an hour away, so going back in forth is crazy. Not sure how a radio install in a base model could cause this issue. I'll keep you guys updated.
