They didn't find any leaks and recommended I go with the GTR fluid flush. I did that but could tell the clutch pedal still felt weak when pushing it in

They didn't find any leaks and recommended I go with the GTR fluid flush. I did that but could tell the clutch pedal still felt weak when pushing it in a few times on the ride home though not like it was before the fluid flush. Was there a recommended interval to flush the clutch? I don't recall seeing that in the service interval but it does use dot3 brake fluid which is recommended for replacement every 2 years or so on the brakes. And the service advisor said it may be covered by the 5/60k powertrain depending on what they find once the tranny is opened but that is $800+.
