Btw, she said they don't need to drop out the tranny to determine if there's an internal leak. As for the fluid swap not being under the CPO warranty. I'm going to argue that, 1) they should do it under the 'good will' policy since the orig. factory warranty just expired a few days ago. 2) Nissan has been aware of this issue since at least April of 2013. I bought the car in October 2013, the dealer, knowing this was a common issue, should've swapped out the clutch fluid before selling me the car. Especially considering this is a CPO Z.
