Ohio dropped their smog test but it looks like it may be on it's way back. Of course there is a big argument about the cost to the less fortunate.

Ohio dropped their smog test but it looks like it may be on it's way back. Of course there is a big argument about the cost to the less fortunate. For those, if their car looks to be trying out for one of those WWII navel battle scenes while laying a trail of smoke down the highway it's supposed to be ok.
