I know...

But my real point is that Nissan has a screwed up product. It shouldn't be this way in the first place. But since it is, they need to address it. I shouldn't have to spend an extra ~$1k out of my own pocket to fix THEIR mistake.

But you also have to remember that 90%+ of regular 370z owners would not notice the delay at all and are plenty happy with the current throttle response. Does that make it right? No, maybe not. Then again, look at the oil temperature issue which is not being addressed by Nissan because the majority of normal owners do not push the car to the point where it becomes an issue.

And those that don't have the problem don't realize that you don't have to push the car to get 230º oil. In august, I approach 240 in normal stop and go traffic. 260 when I get on it. 220º is normal even still in late October. (But then again, it is almost 90 outside today)
