ester is just another sales gimmick, semi synthetic like any other, if you are going abuse the car use royal purple 10W40 in the summer and 5W30 in the winter.

ester is just another sales gimmick, semi synthetic like any other, if you are going abuse the car use royal purple 10W40 in the summer and 5W30 in the winter. Summit racing has it at a great price. Ester doesn't handle heat very well so if you track it I would switch.
