I've used both Exedy and OS Giken in other cars (my Z is still stock). You can't go wrong with either. The ceramic should be very streetable, as well as the carbon. Carbon will not last as long on the street as ceramic.
Are the discs sprung or unsprung? If you plan on 50% street duty, I would opt for the sprung discs if available, much less 'grabby' during mild stop light starts. Quote:
