The Sport package comes with VSLD, the Touring Package does not.

The test results I posted confirmed that if you have the VDC/TCS, you do not need the Viscous Limited Slip in order to catch even rubber with both rear tires when you launch a Z.

Correct, because the sport package is a add-on package.
Base v. Touring are your car options.
