Aeroquipt quick fittings or SS lines for oil cooler

I honestly don't see how, if assembled properly, the quick fittings can fail. I decided to shorten a line I had made, and literally had to cut the dang thing

I decided to shorten a line I had made, and literally had to cut the dang thing out. I know a few local guys who run them for fuel and oil on their Sprint cars, and they swear by them.
