Basically ANY API certified off shelf 5w30 oil will do the job . If you're planning on using Synthetic, just wait after 3-5000 miles. As for filter, I used K&N

Basically ANY API certified off shelf 5w30 oil will do the job. If you're planning on using Synthetic, just wait after 3-5000 miles. As for filter, I used K&N and Purolator Pure 1. They are both good. But Purolator Puro 1 is cheaper, easy to find at your nearest auto shop and slightly larger (more capacity).
