Default Silicone coolant hoses

Can we bleed/fill the coolant system with the vacuum method, with silicone hoses installed?

Can the Silicone hoses collapse like rubber or are they much tougher and/or get damaged?

Second question. Do I use the pressurized reservoir for bleeding in either vacuum method or gravity funnel method?

I have bled the coolant system multiple times with an Airlift vacuum tool and silicone hoses without issue. In my 2017 Nismo, the rubber cone went in the neck with the pressurized cap, not the reservoir.

Thanks. I am also a 17 Nismo. The reservoir also has a pressure cap but I will use radiator as vacuum point.

Thanks

The pressurized systems are very easy to bleed the air out. Never saw a need for a vacuum bleeder.

I use this on all my cars. It's quick and makes refilling the system a no-brainer. Much faster than using the Lisle funnel.

Oh, and yes to your correction about the caps. Not sure why the caps on my Infiniti Q70 are the other way around even though it also has a VQ37VHR.

Thank you. I got version II coming. I know its plastic and doesn't have many adapters, but I like the one hose operation. It won't break the bank if I have to revert back to the Lisle funnel.
