Stop replacing stuff and start finding the problem. Is the fuel pump getting power? If yes go down the line and see if something is blocking the piping. If not

Stop replacing stuff and start finding the problem. Is the fuel pump getting power? If yes go down the line and see if something is blocking the piping. If not go up the power line and see if the next device is getting power and so on. You might be replacing items that are fine.
