I have the Gktech without issue. You want the unit to be longer rather than shorter as you'll simply cut off whatever portion of the rubber hose to get it

I have the Gktech without issue. You want the unit to be longer rather than shorter as you'll simply cut off whatever portion of the rubber hose to get it to fit. I see you join date is 2014 so if your car is 2014 or older you should be replacing the hoses anyway.
I had no issue with install when removing the strut tower brace and rear engine beauty cover.
