Solved... Well I could really use some help here. I put in a new walbro 450, CJM top hat wired it all up cleaned the fuel level sensor for grins

Solved...
Well I could really use some help here. I put in a new walbro 450, CJM top hat wired it all up cleaned the fuel level sensor for grins and still nothing no priming no starting. Nothing makes sense because of the old pump didn't turn with battery power and the new one acts the same when it's all put together... I don't know what to do Does anyone know if the signal wire telling the relay to switch has constant voltage when in RUN or does it come on briefly to signal the pumps and turn off?
