Default 7k RPM Limit

I have a 2015 370z AT7 with FI. I have ran into an issue where the engine will not exceed 7k RPM in any gear. My tuner says the limit in the ECU is set for 7.5k so he has no clue what is keeping it at 7k. The fuel and injectors seem to be working fine in the logs. I have no codes occurring, Has anyone seen this issue before?

Thanks

That's pretty weird. It's possible that this could be a ROM error.

What tuning software?

Did the tuner try with a stock ROM and attempt RPM limit?

Lastly is the RPM confirmed in the tuning software and not the cluster?

I've seen in the past of cars hitting the limiter however the cluster shows that it's off.

The tuning software is ECUTEK. He has not tried another ROM, maybe play with it after Christmas.

The RPM is confirmed in the log. Highest was 7020. Usually tops out at 6800.

Have you tried with paddles and with letting car shift and same result?

Read your owners Manual, you can set it lower than factory limit but not higher

Reckon that's what has been done here

My rev limit is set to 8000rpm. Something is set wrong or he has a software issue.

Thanks for the feedback. Decided to redo the TB learning and that solved the problem. Not sure why but it did anyway.
