HELP! Clutch not fully disengaging

I had these symptoms when my clutch master cylinder failed. Also same symptoms when the clutch slave cylinder failed. Could be you didn't bled it as you should have, I

Also same symptoms when the clutch slave cylinder failed. Could be you didn't bled it as you should have, I imagine it would have exactly the same symptoms.
