Clear the codes before going to the inspection, disconnect the battery in the parking lot right before going in the garage, plug it back in, if you can push the car to the lift do it so when the mechanic starts up the engine the code may not come on quick enough and so you can pass the inspection. I had a similar issue on my car. I replaced the secondary o2 sensors and I still had the codes. My guess and some other people here agreed that it was the tune's fault.
