Default No fuel in Cylinder 1

Hey guys so I just finished installing my Stillen supercharger kit. Install went smoothly so I loaded the tune up via UpRev that Stillen provided. Started the car and seemed to be running “ok” until I reved it a bit and noticed a misfire. CEL came on/ started blinking. I got code p0300, p0301 & u1204..ugh. I started my checking for spark in all cylinders which checked out and noticed cylinder 1 plug to have no soot/ fuel smell on it. All other cylinders were normal so I’m wondering what would be causing cylinder 1 to have no fuel? Before I pull the Stillen intake manifold (massive pita) to check cylinder 1 injector I’m looking to see if there could be something else. Maybe something related to the u1204 CEL?

Bump..no one has any input? Tore the manifold off and checked injector 1. Connection was good. Pulled it out and it did the “click” test which passed. Threw it all back together and still missing. Still getting code p0300 but no others now.

It is the Stillen tune. I know their tunes are not the best but I figured it would be okay for the meantime until I find someone else who can tune it.
