There should be zero noise when spinnning csc. All of your symptoms lead me to believe that the csc has failed. If the new clutch pressure plate is too heavy

There should be zero noise when spinnning csc. All of your symptoms lead me to believe that the csc has failed. If the new clutch pressure plate is too heavy or strong for the csc then the bearing will fail prematurely. If the tranny is out then I would remove the csc and have it checked out. Make sure it can slide easily alon input shaft as well. Hope that gives you some ideas.
