Unfortunately, that code is a catch-all code for a lot of different issues. You'll need to do some research to see what kinds of symptoms you have that might identify the cause.
The people who have resolved have done so via numerous different repairs. So no telling what specific repair your car will need without more troubleshooting. It is typically a huge PITA.
