I need to replace my heads due to excessive wear on the camshaft surfaces. One of them was really bad. I just bought the car used so not sure what

One of them was really bad. I just bought the car used so not sure what happened, if they ran it low on oil or did not change the oil. Everything else looks good. I am installing JWT C2 cams also so I wanted to make sure everything was good. So the cradles/ladders are interchangeable? Thanks for the help!!
