Hello Can camshaft ladders or cradles be exchanged between any cylinder head or do they have to be in sets? I have to purchase used heads and most i see

Camshaft ladder and cylinder heads
Hello
Can camshaft ladders or cradles be exchanged between any cylinder head or do they have to be in sets? I have to purchase used heads and most i see come with no camshafts or cradles/ladders. do the heads need to have them to work properly? Hope this makes sense Thank you |
