Default P0300 code cel blinking after csc replacement

I just picked up my car from a shop for a master cylinder and csc replacement and today I noticed a blinking service engine light. Took it to Autozone for the codes and they said 3 p0300 codes and an o2 sensor. My question is, could the shop have done something to cause this? The car runs normal with no rough idle or loss of power that I can tell anyway. Just trying to think logically of what they could have done or is this just some bad coincidence. Thanks in advance for any advice.

When the csc was replaced the transmission needed to be dropped. The o2 sensors have to be disconnected and are really delicate. Odds are who ever took them off was ruff with them and damaged them. New o2 sensors are needed. Maybe one or both.

Yea it’s so strange, I was on one bar of gas so I got 30 dollars worth and drove 2 miles to my house. Next day I get the flashing sel, I found that one of my oem intake hoses has a crack around the rubber. I siliconed the seal and disconnected my battery for 10 min. Drove 40 miles with no light on but then it came back except no flashing. It’s been about 60 miles and sel is still on but not flashing. Guess it’s time for the stillen gen 3 intake. I still need to change out my plugs and buy some new 02 sensors just in case.
