When to do an oil change

I bought my 370Z 7A/T in Feb '09 and have 1749 miles on it. I drive it about once a week in warm weather in Florida. Based on this information

I drive it about once a week in warm weather in Florida. Based on this information should I change the oil at 1 year or wait till I have 3000 miles or more?
