370Z Base model transmission fluid and rear differential oil change

Here is a cut and paste from my personal maintenance notes for my manual trans Z, Touring without the sports package, the same as yours:

Oil filter: Pure One PL14610
Filtermag SS250

Engine Oil: 5W-30 Red Line oil 6 1/2 quarts (amount due to oil cooler and larger Pure One filter)

-Rear differential oil: Redline 75w90 synthetic two quarts. 10mm Allen head ratchet attachment needed.
-Transmission oil: 3 quarts: Red Line MT-85
-Rear Differential oil: 2 quarts Red Line 75W90

- Antifreeze: BLUE 2 1/8 quart total (2.3 gallons)
-Power Steering Fluid: Red Line D6 ATF (trans fluid)
-Clutch Fluid: Motul RBF600 (dot 4 brake fluid)
-Brake Fluid: Motul RBF600 dot 4
