I'd be inclined to think it's not unusual to dip after a rev at rest but others with much more knowledge than I may have something else to say. My 2011 with 100K miles typically idles around 700 RPMs with clean intakes.
only when i rev and it comes back down it dips to about 450 ish and comes back up again

Sounds normal if it is cold and the car is cold. This can happen if it has just come off of fast idle to normal idle. I wouldn't be too concerned about it.
